At Gulru, we’re committed to delivering your orders safely and on time.

1. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days in most cities across Pakistan. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer, depending on courier coverage.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. These rates follow standard courier service pricing.

3. Courier Service

We work with reliable and trusted courier partners to ensure your parcels are handled with care and delivered efficiently. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared with you via SMS or WhatsApp. 

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation. Once dispatched, you will be notified and can track your parcel online.

5. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the tracking number provided after your order is dispatched. Simply use the link or instructions shared with you at the time of dispatch.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange in the following cases:

• Damaged Product
  The item has visible damage, such as tears, stains, or marks, at the time of delivery.
  
• Wrong Item Delivered
  The product received is different from what was ordered (e.g., incorrect design, color, or fabric).
  
• Incomplete Parcel
  One or more pieces from the outfit are missing (e.g., dupatta or trouser not included).
  

Note: To help us process your exchange smoothly, we kindly request that customers share clear evidence of the issue, such as a photo or short unboxing video, preferably at the time of receiving the parcel.
