  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly.

3. Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan using reliable courier services.
  • The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from order confirmation. Delivery time may vary based on location and order volume.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless an order is cancelled by Gulru before dispatch.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged product
  • Incomplete parcel

Customers must report the issue within a specified time and share proper evidence (e.g., a photo or a video). Exchanges are subject to inspection and availability.
We do not accept exchanges for size preferences, change of mind, or once the fabric has been cut, altered, or used.

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
